“I ran a little bit prior to working with Caitlin but was still very inexperienced! She put together a very in-depth, comprehensive and, most importantly, non-intimidating running plan to get me to my 10K goal! She also worked in my weekly Orange Theory and yoga classes within the plan. Along with that she also included pre and post stretches, as well as helpful links so I could make sure I was doing everything correctly. We met regularly- and she made sure to keep up communication so if I had any questions along the way she was there to help; but everything was as much or as little as I wanted it to be. I knew from the start that I was going to need equal mental & physical coaching.
