“I was thrilled AND scared to death when I won the lottery for the NYC Marathon. I had run 2 half marathons & afterwards said to myself “never again.” I turned to Caitlin & she supported me 1000%. I knew from the start that I was going to need equal mental & physical coaching. She put together a very in-depth, comprehensive and, most importantly, non-intimidating running plan to get me to my 10K goal! She also worked in my weekly Orange Theory and yoga classes within the plan. Along with that she also included pre and post stretches, as well as helpful links so I could make sure I was doing everything correctly.
