Get a taste of running coaching with a weekly workout customized to your fitness level and answers to your training questions from Coach Caitlin.
PICK your distance
Choose between a Speed (mile and below), 5K, 10K, Half or Full Marathon plan. Pick the distance of the most important race you’ll be running in the next six months. If you’re running for fitness and not racing, pick 5K/10K if you prefer speed workouts, or pick half/full marathon if you prefer endurance workouts.
weekly workout and paces
Each week you will receive one running workout with personally prescribed paces. You will complete a detailed intake questionnaire so your coach can give you workouts and target paces that fit your current fitness levels and goals. You will learn how to read your body’s varying levels of effort and be more prepared to pace your next race.

You can ask Coach Caitlin questions about workouts, nutrition, recovery, races, or anything else related to your training, and get a response within two days.
