Run Analysis
Find out how to optimize your form and efficiency with an in-person or video run analysis. Most gait analyses will only look at how you run, but it is essential to look at how you move globally - your posture, walking habits, how you squat, how you use your core... the list goes on. There are several tests we will perform to identify areas of weakness and on the flip side, areas of overuse. You will come away from this analysis with a personal movement, strength, and recovery plan that will help you bring everything back into balance so you can run efficiently and stay healthy and happy!
