Daily movement plan delivered using the Final Surge online training platform
Weekly phone call with Coach Caitlin to check in on your progress, including your physical and mental well being
Access to Coach Caitlin via email for questions any time
All training offered virtually so you can grow and thrive from the comfort of your home

Premium Prenatal and Postpartum Training
Includes everything shown in the regular Prenatal & Postpartum Training, plus:
One weekly live workout with Coach Caitlin (held virtually or in person in Portland, OR)
$425/month for virtual classes
(In person class pricing determined by location in Portland)
