How is anyone supposed to sift through this information and maintain a healthy and joyful relationship with food and nutrition?

 


I can help you prioritize what you need to know to reach your personal health goals.

To understand proper nourishment, we must not only understand our own nutritional needs, but also the psychology that affects why we do or do not reach our goals. As your nutrition coach, I will advise you on a nutrition plan, offer recipes and meal prep advice, and guide you through understanding how our mental state affects the food choices we make. We will also dial in your fueling before, during, and after your key training sessions and races.

I believe food is a wonderful thing, and unfortunately in the athletic world it is often looked at as purely a sum of macro or micronutrients. I will help you get your head out of the weeds so you can enjoy the food you eat and the way it supports your physical and mental health and athletic goals.

In this one hour meeting, we will cover:

  • Review of your 4-7 day food and health log

  • Training log (if applicable)

  • Your medical history

  • Nutritional basics

HEALTH LOG ANALYSIS

If you’re wondering how to juggle all of your life and work commitments while maintaining your health and athletic goals, we can help you take a step back and look at the big picture.

Training, stress, sleep, eating, work, hobbies, travel … how does it all fit together?

As part of this service, you will log health data for one week, using our custom health log. Your coach will use this information and your health history to evaluate your sleep, eating, hydration, stress, mindset, and general life habits.

What happens in a Health Log Coaching Call?

In your initial Health Log coaching call, you will learn about changes you can make (perhaps big or small) to optimize your health, training, and life.

After you spend 3-6 weeks putting these changes into motion, you and your coach will have a final call to check in on your progress and give you the support to make these improvements last.
