women’s TRACK WORKOUTS

Join Portland’s only women’s track club Team Athena for a weekly workout, coached by moi.

Workouts are held Tuesdays at 5:45pm at the Cleveland HS Track. Email me if you plan to come for your first time. You can try 3 workouts before deciding if you want to join.

Schedule a live Zoom workout for yourself or a small group, fully customized to your goals and fitness levels.

Class will be planned for the equipment you have and can include a focus on areas such as cardio, strength, low-impact training, sport-specific training, or prenatal/postpartum.
